Effective Date: 8/16/2026

The Prosper Lab LLC (“Prosper Lab,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is an Ohio limited liability company providing financial consulting and education services to clients across the United States. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit our website at www.labofprosperity.com (the “Site”), engage our consulting services, or otherwise interact with us. b. Sensitive Financial and Credit Information Because our services involve reviewing and advising on your credit and financial position, we may collect:

• Social Security number — in most cases this is transmitted directly between you, the consumer reporting agencies, and our credit monitoring partner and is not independently stored by us; in some instances, we may collect your Social Security number directly (for example, during intake or consultation) in order to pull or review a credit report or provide services

• Credit report contents, including account histories, balances, inquiries, and credit scores

• Income information, existing debts, and other financial details you provide during consultations

• Bank or funding-related information relevant to business credit or funding consulting

c. Payment Information Payments for our services are processed through Stripe. We do not directly collect or store full payment card numbers; Stripe collects and processes this information under its own privacy policy and security standards.

d. Communications and Consultation Records

• Records of consultations conducted by video (Zoom), including session details and notes we create

• SMS and email communications sent and received through our client management platform

• Intake forms, assessment responses, and other information you submit to us e. Technical and Website Data

• IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited on the Site

• Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 6)

f. Marketing and Social Media Data

• Information you provide when you engage with us on Instagram or other social platforms

• Email and SMS opt-in status and engagement history

2. How We Collect Information: We collect information through:

• Direct submissions — website forms, intake and assessment questionnaires, consultation calls, and SMS/email exchanges

• Our client relationship management platform (GoHighLevel), which handles form submissions, appointment scheduling, SMS, email, and pipeline tracking

• Our credit monitoring partner (MyFreeScoreNow) and the three major consumer reporting agencies, when you authorize a credit report pull

• Our payment processor (Stripe), when you make a payment

• Automated technologies on our Site, including cookies and pixel-based tracking (see Section 6)

3. How We Use Your Information: We use the information we collect to:

• Provide our consulting services, including credit review, the Prosper Blueprint, and the Executive and Elite Lab implementation programs

• Improve our services, website, and client experience

• Comply with applicable legal, tax, and record keeping obligations

• Protect against fraud, unauthorized access, and misuse of our services

4. How We Share Your Information: We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described below:

a. Service Providers We share information with third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf, under obligations to protect your information, including:

• GoHighLevel — client relationship management, scheduling, SMS, and email communications

• MyFreeScoreNow and the consumer reporting agencies (Equifax, Experian, TransUnion) — credit report access and monitoring

• Stripe — payment processing

• Zoom — video consultations

• Meta/Instagram — advertising and website analytics via pixel-based tracking (see Section 6)

b. Legal and Safety Reasons We may disclose information where required by law, regulation, subpoena, or governmental request, or where necessary to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our clients or the public.

c. Business Transfers If Prosper Lab is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, client information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy or a successor policy.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies: Our Site uses cookies and similar technologies, including a Meta (Instagram/Facebook) Pixel, to understand Site usage, measure advertising performance, and deliver relevant ads to you on Meta platforms. This may involve sharing certain website activity and device identifiers with Meta. Our client management platform (GoHighLevel) also uses cookies to support forms, scheduling, and communication features. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can manage ad personalization directly through your Meta/Instagram account settings. Disabling cookies may limit certain Site functionality.

6. Data Retention: We retain client information for as long as needed to provide our services, plus an additional period thereafter to satisfy legal, tax, and record keeping obligations. As a general practice, and consistent with Ohio's standard retention benchmark for financial-related business records, we retain client records for the duration of the client engagement plus six (6) years following its conclusion, unless a longer period is required by applicable law or a shorter period is requested and legally permissible. Credit report data obtained through our credit monitoring partner is retained only as long as necessary to provide the related service.

7. Your Privacy Rights:

a. All Clients and Site Visitors You may contact us at any time to:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you

• Request correction of inaccurate information

• Request deletion of your information, subject to our legal and record keeping obligations

• Opt out of marketing emails or SMS messages at any time, using the unsubscribe/opt-out method provided in those communications

b. California Residents If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended, including the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used and shared, the right to request deletion, the right to correct inaccurate information, and the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. Because we use pixel-based advertising tracking (Section 6), certain data sharing with advertising platforms may be considered “sharing” under the CCPA; you may opt out by adjusting your ad preferences with Meta or by contacting us. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

c. Other State Residents Residents of other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have similar rights. We will honor valid requests consistent with applicable law. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information in Section 11.

8. Data Security: We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, or loss, including restricted access to sensitive financial and credit information, secure handling of information through vetted third-party platforms, and staff practices designed to limit unnecessary exposure of client data. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's Privacy: Our services are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If we learn that we have collected information from a minor, we will take steps to delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy: We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. We will post the revised policy on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site or our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
